Why do consumers choose organic?

Trust

Organic is the most transparent, heavily regulated and consumer-driven food system. It provides consumers with traceability they can trust.

Nutrition

Consumers are concerned about artificial ingredients, pesticides and ingredients that do not appear on the label. They view products with simple labels as fresh and healthy.

Sustainability

Organic is better for the environment. Sustainability is a growing trend that resonates with younger consumers who are looking for clean and simple products.
